Responsibilities:
1- Rider Management

• Oversee all riders within a designated branch of Crumble.
• Maintain accurate records of rider attendance and performance.
• Ensure riders are following standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.

2- Order Assignment

• Assign delivery orders to riders based on availability and location.
• Monitor and track the status of all orders to ensure timely deliveries.

3- Delivery Oversight

• Ensure riders pick up orders promptly and deliver them to customers within the specified time frame.
• Address any issues that arise during the delivery process to maintain service quality.

4- Financial Accountability

• Conduct end-of-shift closings for each rider, verifying collected amounts.
• Ensure accurate reporting of financial transactions and discrepancies.

5- Operational Efficiency

• Implement best practices for rider management and delivery operations.
• Provide ongoing training and support to riders to enhance performance.

6- Navigation and Local Knowledge

• Utilize knowledge of navigation and maps in Rawalpindi and Islamabad to optimize delivery routes.

Requirements:

• Intermediate experience in a relevant field or role.
• Should have experience as a dispatcher
• Proficiency in using tracking and management software.
• Knowledge of maps and navigation
• Fast-paced environment with the need for quick decision-making.
