Job Specifications:

• Job Role Analysis: Analyze job functions to understand tasks and responsibilities.
• Training Needs Assessment (TNA): Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and evaluations.
• Training Modules Development: Create role-specific training programs aligned with company goals.
• Training Sessions: Conduct weekly/bi-monthly sessions at branches to support employee development.
• Report Generation: Document job role analysis and training effectiveness for future improvements.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in designing effective onboarding programs for new hires.
• HR Process Support: Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS record maintenance.
• Hiring Criteria: Collaborate with line managers to develop hiring criteria based on job analysis.
• Employee Relations: Address concerns and support employee engagement and retention efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a focus on Training & Development.
• Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years in Training & Development or HR operations (experience in the food or retail industry is a plus).

Skills:

• HRMS Knowledge: Proficient in navigating HR management systems.
• Microsoft Office: Strong Excel skills for data management and report analysis.
• Training & Development: Expertise in conducting TNAs and delivering training sessions.
• Recruitment & HR Operations: Familiar with basic recruitment processes and employee relations.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Time Management: Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Branch Visits: Flexible for weekly travel to Islamabad/Rawalpindi branches.
