Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lahore. As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operations of our front desk area. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide accurate information about our organization, services, and products to visitors and callers
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Maintain records and files, ensuring they are updated and easily accessible
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, resolving client complaints or issues promptly and efficiently
- Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent; relevant certification
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
