Our client, a multinational health & hygiene company, is hiring for the following position:
Employment type: 1 Year Contractual Position
Location: Karachi / Pakistan
Major Responsibilities:-
- Performing procurement activities for Project and Operational works.
- Preparing RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, Agreements, Contracts for Project works.
- Preparing and monitoring LOIs, POs, for project and other related works.
- Procuring required materials, onboarding relevant vendors, consultants etc. and managing their contracts and agreements.
- Preparing Comparative analysis for selection of suitable vendors (Technical and Commercial).
- Managing procurement activities in relation to project timeline.
- Contacting vendors, creating and updating a vendor pool.
Education: Graduate from reputed Engineering University.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferably from the Pharmaceutical industry.
