Introduction

Responsibilities

• Dust all horizontal surfaces that collect dust daily to ensure cleanliness of assigned areas.

• Empty wastebaskets, other trash and clean ashtrays.

• Clean bathrooms including metal and porcelain fixtures.

• Wipe all furniture using a damp cloth. (Sanitizing)

• Dry and wet mop floors, both indoor & outdoor. (Floor dusting / Sanitizing)

• Clean patient's room and bed after s/he has been discharged whenever assigned.

• Vacuum carpets and clean spots on the same when assigned.

• Clean walls and windows when assigned.

• Inform supervisor if any wear and tear is found in assigned area to ensure follow-up from MEP, Civil and Electrical etc. departments.

• Perform emergency cleaning complaints when required.

• Any other related task as assigned by supervisor.
