Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert our audience. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Create engaging and persuasive email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior and preferences to improve targeting and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven 3 to 5 experience in email marketing, preferably within a tech or real estate environment.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
