Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Educational Counsellor to provide exceptional guidance and support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational guidance and support to students
- Coordinate counselling sessions and maintain accurate records
- Monitor student progress and attendance
- Effective communication with students, teachers, and parents
- Connect students with external resources
- Meet sales targets and promote educational programs
- Maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience in counselling or education
- Fluent English, excellent organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma/degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (desirable)
- Age: 21-32 years old
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in educational counselling or guidance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with educational institutions and programs
Salary and Benefits:
- Market-competitive salary
- Working Hours: 1 pm - 9 pm
- Working Days: 6 days/week (Friday off)
