Job Summary : The PLC Instructor (Male) at Burraq Engineering Solutions will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to engineering professionals and students. The role involves developing and conducting training sessions, creating instructional materials, and providing hands-on experience with PLC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming, hands-on experience with various PLC brands, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PLC training sessions for individuals and groups, including theory and practical components.
• Teach fundamental and advanced PLC concepts, programming techniques, and troubleshooting methods.
• Create hands-on lab exercises and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.
• Ensure all training equipment is properly maintained and operational

Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications in PLC programming and control systems are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages for various PLC brands (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and network communications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
