Field Support Technician
As we expand our fleet of electric bikes, we aim to strengthen our on-site support to ensure customers receive exceptional service. The Field Support Technician will play a crucial role in addressing technical issues at the customer’s location, performing diagnostics, initial troubleshooting, and documenting findings in our Issue Management System (IMS). This position is key to maintaining operational readiness and delivering timely, effective responses to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Support & Diagnostics: Visit customer locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues with electric bikes. Conduct initial checks and report any identified faults.
• Issue Reporting & Documentation: Complete detailed reports on-site issues, ensuring all relevant information is accurately logged in the IMS for future reference.
• Collaboration with Support Teams: Work closely with live operations and R&D teams, sharing diagnostic insights to speed up repairs and product improvements.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the face of the company during on-site visits, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
• Adherence to SLAs: Ensure that all support activities are in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), particularly for high-priority or recurring issues.
• Preventive Maintenance: Assist in preventive maintenance tasks as outlined by the support team to ensure bikes remain reliable and efficient.

Experience & Qualifications:
Experience: 0-2 years in a technical support or maintenance role. Experience in diagnosing or supporting electrical/mechanical systems is advantageous.
Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution in Pakistan, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and maintenance.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, basic knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Compensation:
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 - 70,000 per month, based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
