Job Description:
1. Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
2. Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and image across platforms.
3. Contribute to the development of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
4. Interact and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
5. Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and other marketing goals.
6. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and prepare regular reports on key metrics and insights.
7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
8. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
9. Identify and collaborate with influencers or partners to amplify the brand's reach and engagement.
10. Handle any social media crises or negative feedback in a tactful and professional manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and implementing social media strategies.
3. Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to create compelling and shareable content.
4. Proficiency in using various social media platforms and scheduling tools.
5. Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
6. Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and visual content.
7. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and best practices.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
