Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Email Marketer to join our team at B0S Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing non-opt-in data, warming and handling cold domains, and converting non-opt-in leads into opt-in subscribers. The role requires hands-on experience in designing, creating, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives.
• Manage and grow email lists, focusing on cold domain handling and data conversion strategies.
• Warm up domains and ensure deliverability for non-opt-in data.
• Segment email lists based on behavior, demographics, and other factors for personalized email targeting.
• Create compelling email templates and content that encourage engagement and drive conversions.
• Monitor email campaign performance and report key metrics like open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and deliverability.
• Ensure all email marketing practices comply with data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency across all campaigns.
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and work closely with IT to resolve domain-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketer, specifically with non-opt-in data.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and software (e.g., Mail Chimp, Active Campaign, Send Grid, or similar).
• Familiarity with domain warming strategies and deliverability best practices.
• Experience in list segmentation, email automation, and A/B testing.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on creating engaging content.
