We’re looking for a motivated Email Marketing Intern to join our team.
Experience
Fresh graduate - 6 Months
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Perform audience segmentation based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria.
• Set up and monitor automated email marketing flows under supervision.
• Track and report on campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as open and click-through rates.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across email communications.
• Maintain and update the email subscriber list.
• Assist with conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to optimize email performance.
• Stay updated on trends in email marketing and contribute fresh ideas for campaign optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and metrics.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
