We’re looking for a motivated Email Marketing Intern to join our team.
Experience
Fresh graduate - 6 Months
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Perform audience segmentation based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria.
- Set up and monitor automated email marketing flows under supervision.
- Track and report on campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as open and click-through rates.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across email communications.
- Maintain and update the email subscriber list.
- Assist with conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to optimize email performance.
- Stay updated on trends in email marketing and contribute fresh ideas for campaign optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and metrics.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
