Position Overview:
We are offering a 1-month internship for an Event Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of event planning and execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers in the event management industry. You will assist our experienced team in organizing, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate functions to entertainment events.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to execution.
Support the event management team in on-ground logistics, vendor coordination, and setup.
Help prepare event materials, including checklists, timelines, and budgets.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas for event activations.
Assist in client communication, ensuring all event-related information is clear and accurate.
Provide support during live events by coordinating with the team, managing guests, and handling event queries.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day event operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Current student or recent graduate in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Passion for event planning and a desire to learn more about the industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
A creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
