Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect authentic Pakistani cuisine.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring quality control and consistency in dishes.
• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
• Manage food inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure quality ingredients are consistently available.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Create and manage food cost budgets, maximizing profitability while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a restaurant specializing in Pakistani or South Asian cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Pakistani cooking techniques and flavors.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse kitchen staff.
• Ability to create and execute innovative menus while maintaining food cost control.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
