Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle/ Support export operations to ensure smooth run of all the related operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments like supply chain, QC, QA, Production, Procurement, GRWH, PMWH, Packaging, FGWH to manage the shipment dispatches as per agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with logistic partners/ forwarders to get best rates and schedules of airline/ shipping lines to timely deliver the stock at final destination as per shipping / Inco terms FOB, CIP/CIF, C&F/ CFR, DDP.
• Coordinate with Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), LCCI & MOFA for documentation of export shipment.
• Coordinate with Insurance companies for shipment insurances.
• Prepare all the export related documentation which includes, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Airway Bill/Bill of Lading drafts, Certificate of Origin draft, NOC from Bank, NOC from DRAP, Shipment bank documents and Payment documents.
• Coordinate with commercial team to get updates on newly receive order and dispatch plan.
• Coordinate with Banks for payments and shipping documents preparation, collection and submission.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
