We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly capable Female Executive Secretary for our CEO, who manages well-established American and multinational companies and is now exploring various projects and investments in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be a motivated female professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role requires flexibility, as the CEO spends a significant amount of time in Pakistan and will need assistance both locally and remotely.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, & meeting coordination.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent writing and drafting skills.
• Carries a Good personality to build a good impact during meetings.
• Go-getter & Result Oriented
• BBA or MBA
• 2-3 years working experience in a similar field.
