Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Internee /Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our continuous process improvement initiatives, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and assisting with various reporting tasks. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry, Verification, and Standardization: Record, verify, and standardize financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reports and systems.
• Support Process Improvement Initiatives: Assist finance team on ongoing process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and streamlining financial operations.
• Assist with Reporting: Support preparation of accurate financial reports by collecting and organizing relevant data.
• Multi-tasking and Time Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Performance Improvement: Focus on achieving departmental goals and contribute to enhancing financial processes and driving performance improvements.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.
• Skills:
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and improve performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Knowledge of data entry or financial verification is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial systems and accounting software is an advantage.
