Job Description

• Contribute to implementing corporate policies and strategic decisions in the store.
• Follow and optimizing the economic results of the store.
• Organize and managing teamwork.
• Setting up and following various action plans.
• Customer file monitoring and action plan definition
• Operational processes check
• Stock maintenance
• Lead the team comprising of 4-5 Department managers,6-8 Assistant department Managers and 16-20 Associates
• Organize regular inventories of the store.

Qualifications
Intermediate (with 8+ years' work experience) or Graduation (with less than 8 years’ work experience).
