Job Title: G Suite Automation Developer


We are seeking a skilled and motivated G Suite Automation Developer to streamline and automate business processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Workspace applications and experience using tools like Apps Script and other relevant technologies to create efficient and effective automation.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation within Google Workspace.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Apps Script, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
• Create custom functions, workflows, and triggers to automate tasks in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other Google Workspace applications.
• Integrate Google Workspace with other third-party applications and services as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace features and updates related to automation.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of automations with existing systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new automation tools and processes.

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions within Google Workspace.
• Strong proficiency in Apps Script, Java Script, and related programming languages.
• Experience working with Google Workspace APIs and other relevant APIs.
• Knowledge of database management and data integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with other automation tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
