HR Executive

  • Reports to: Line Manager
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
Role Summary:
The HR Executive will ensure smooth HR operations by supporting recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll management. The role involves coordinating with department heads, managing HR policies and compliance, and contributing to a positive work culture. This position will also work closely with the administration team to oversee staff support and welfare initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination, ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and handling issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, oversee attendance, manage leave applications, and ensure compliance with Pakistan Labor Laws.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Process and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries.
  • Handle payroll queries, ensuring accurate information is provided to employees on compensation and deductions.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Performance Management: Support performance review processes, assisting line managers in identifying training needs and implementing development plans.
  • Policy Compliance & Updates: Ensure adherence to the Phi Tech Solutions Employee Handbook, updating and communicating policies as needed.
  • Staff Welfare: Coordinate with the administration team on employee welfare programs, events, and health and safety initiatives.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports on staffing, attendance, payroll, and other metrics for management review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 01 years of HR experience, with payroll experience preferred, ideally in a tech or industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan Labor Laws, HR best practices, and payroll processing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR or payroll software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
