We are a dynamic and forward-thinking Outsourcing company with a strong presence in Pakistan. We're seeking an exceptional Human Resources (HR) Specialist for one of our client who brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of California labor laws to our team.
Job Description:
As our HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our human resources practices and ensuring compliance with California's unique labor regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing our workforce effectively and maintaining a compliant and harmonious work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all California labor laws and regulations.
- Identify and fill gaps in company documentation to maintain legal compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the California business landscape.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
- Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and advise on necessary policy updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a specific focus on California labor law.
- Proven track record of managing HR functions in a California-based company.
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

CA Labor Law: 1 year (Required)
any International Firm: 1 year (Preferred)
