As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Technology Operations Associate to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and campus operations.
The Technology Operations Associate will be responsible for managing and operating the bank's infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations across our technology systems. This role includes overseeing security updates, patch management, and ensuring that infrastructure complies with the latest standards. The individual will work closely with the Technology Operations Lead to maintain an efficient, secure, and scalable IT environment.
Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the core technology infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
• Handle the day-to-day operations of servers, networks, and systems critical to Hugo Bank’s operations.
• Oversee all IT-related campus operations, ensuring secure and seamless functionality across all on-site hardware, software, and network systems.
• Maintain an accurate hardware and software asset inventory, managing procurement, installation, and decommissioning processes.
• Apply necessary security updates and patch management across all systems and endpoints, ensuring minimal security risks.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement and monitor security measures, responding proactively to security incidents.
• Provide troubleshooting support for network-related incidents, ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Coordinate with technology service providers and vendors to ensure system updates, resolve technical issues, and maintain SLAs.
• Provide hands-on support to the Hugo Bank team for hardware and software-related issues.
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, hardware setup, and other IT-related operational functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, or IT support roles.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructure, system security, and patch management.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and infrastructure management software.
• Knowledge of security protocols, endpoint protection, and patch management solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
