Job Title: IT Trouble Shooter

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues.
• Maintain CCTV camera systems.
• Handle network troubleshooting.
• Provide tech support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Experience as IT Technician or similar.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with CCTV systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
