The member will assist the team leader / Design Manager in following: ∙Understanding the scope and scale of the project. ∙Developing project proposals working closely with senior architect to develop strong concepts utilizing specifications, relevant design guidelines & client requirements. ∙Preparing layouts and preliminary design schemes. ∙Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs. ∙Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations ∙Detail development of design in all aspects. ∙Assist in preparation of tender/construction packages.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Architecture with 1-2 years of relevant experience
Must be strong in conceptual development and planning
Knowledge of current industry trends, building technology, codes, and regulations
Good team working and time management skills
Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks with efficiency
Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketchup and rendering software
