Digilaxy is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Junior HR Officer to assist in managing the day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and coordinating with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Address employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Assist in organizing training and development sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of HR experience or relevant internships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
