Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Social Media Manager to assist in developing and managing our social media presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies, create engaging content, and monitor the performance of various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with overall company goals.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Help in developing social media advertising campaigns and boosting posts.
• Work with graphic designers and content creators to ensure high-quality visual and written content.
• Monitor competitor social media profiles and report on best practices and trends.

Qualifications:

• A degree or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with social media platforms (internships or personal projects are a plus).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform insights).

Requirements:

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for social media and digital marketing.
