Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with potential clients. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in driving company growth by ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on target markets and client segments to identify lead opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Use multiple lead-generation strategies, including email marketing, social media, and networking, to attract high-quality leads.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate lead records, ensuring timely follow-ups and organized data management.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively manage and track leads in CRM software to optimize communication and performance tracking.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential leads.
- Direct Outreach: Perform cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients to establish connections and develop leads.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads meet qualification standards and are handed off appropriately.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and overall performance regularly.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the professional services or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital marketing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on relationship building.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales.
