Inflo Way Technologies (a US based IT company) located (near Baloch Flyover, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal) and we immediately need a “SEO Team Lead – Evening shift Karachi” to manage all the search engine optimization and marketing activities for our client’s websites. Your job timings will be from 3pm to 12am Pakistan time (Saturday / Sunday Off).
Responsibilities:
· Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
· Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
· Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
· Maintaining and developing affiliate marketing programs, recruiting new affiliate brands.
· Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
· Provide training and manage team of SEO Executives
· Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
· Research and analyze competitor advertising links
· Develop and implement link building strategy
· Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
· Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
· Optimizing website content, meta tags, and images for search engines
Requirements and skills:
· Expertise required in SEO tools such as MOZ SEO, Webtrends, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush and Ahref
· Knowledge / hands on experience with Affiliate Marketing is a plus
· Must be willing to work in evening shift
· Proven experience as SEO Team Lead, SEM Lead or similar role
· Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google
· Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS
· Experience with SEO reporting
· Excellent communication skills, Strong organizational and leadership skills
· Keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithms, and making recommendations for how to incorporate them into the company's strategy
· BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field
