Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all construction earth moving machinery (concrete pump, Transit mixer, Loader, Dumper etc) equipment, and tools.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for necessary orders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance practices comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Education: BE/ BS/ B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the Construction Industry/Earth Moving Machinery.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Lead Skills: Must be able to lead a team and work independently.
- Age: 35-45
