About the Role:
Marketing Executive will have a key role in defining our strategic marketing plans and their implementation. Leading all marketing initiatives to expand awareness, engaging customers, attracting new audiences, and generating leads in the international market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy and execution plan for the launch of product and website, considering target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Branding and Positioning: Collaborate with the creative team to develop a compelling brand identity and positioning that resonates with the target audience, effectively communicating the value proposition of the product.
• Website Development: Work closely with the web development team to ensure the timely and successful launch of the product website, focusing on user experience (UX), mobile optimization, and effective conversion funnels.
• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies, including lead generation campaigns, referral programs, loyalty programs, and personalized communication to drive subscription growth and reduce churn.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve product positioning.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track marketing campaign performance, website metrics, and subscriber growth, regularly reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts and ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Ability to communicate, update, and keep up with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive flawless communication; for achieving results, between multiple parties across borders.
• Ability to plan and execute on-ground BTL projects across multiple global locations.
• Ability to track and research on-ground realities across multiple global locations for BTL executions on-ground.
• Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks across different departments.
• Resourcefulness · Very well organized

Experience:

• 3-4 years.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in handling BTL activities in multiple regions / a big country with multiple regions.
• Experience in developing SOPS to streamline work.
• Experience in devising BTL strategy for achieving marketing objectives.
• Experience in gorilla marketing tactics.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with majors in marketing / Master’s degree would be a plus.
