Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and new customers to promote products and services, generate leads, and close sales over the phone or by meeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a database of leads.
• Initiate conversations, introduce products/services, and provide information to generate interest.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify potential customers by studying the market and researching similar businesses.
• Qualify leads by asking questions to assess needs and gauge interest in the product.
• Sales and Closing:
• Persuade potential clients to consider purchasing the company’s offerings.
• Use effective selling techniques to convert calls into sales.
• Process sales by collecting necessary client information and handling any follow-up.
• Customer Service:
• Address customer inquiries, answer questions about product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Data and Record Management:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, outcomes, and relevant details in spreadsheets and email to the Line Manager daily before COB.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets set by the company.
• Proactively contribute to team goals and participate in team meetings to discuss strategies.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English/Urdu Language.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Persuasive and resilient, able to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to close sales over the phone.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
• Understanding of the product or service being sold is a plus.
