About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for our client’s flagship product and projects. This is a strategic and hands-on role involving brand strategy, growth marketing, social media, and more. The ideal candidate is ambitious, analytical, and experienced in the tech industry, with a track record of implementing impactful marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow brand presence and user base.
• Drive customer acquisition through a mix of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and sales strategies.
• Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, focusing on ROI and scalability.
• Experiment with innovative approaches to expand reach and engage new users, leveraging data-driven insights.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a well-rounded marketing role, ideally within a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in brand strategy, growth marketing, and social media management, with hands-on proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media, as well as analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
• Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving growth goals.
