Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager at PNY Trainings will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our IT training programs. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and enhancing the institute's brand presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for education and technology.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies to increase enrollment in IT training programs.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand identity of the institute across all marketing channels.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Admissions, IT, and Faculty, to ensure cohesive messaging and program alignment.
• Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and influencers to expand outreach and enhance program visibility.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, workshops, and other outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or technology sector.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the IT training sector or educational marketing.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and educational trends.
