Job Responsibilities:
As a Marketing & Sales Executive at Sardars Mall, you will be instrumental in promoting our premium apartments and enhancing the overall brand presence. Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and occupancy for residential apartments.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and key trends in the local real estate industry.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and real estate agents.
• Organize and participate in events to showcase the unique features and benefits of Sardars Mall.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Rawalpindi would be a definite advantage.
