Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. This role is essential in driving lead generation and enhancing our brand presence of LAARI across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels.
 Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
 Content Design: Design eye-catching posts and reels that align with our brand voice and
marketing objectives.
 Linked In Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach on Linked In to connect with potential clients and industry partners, enhancing our professional network.
 Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing
templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
 SEO Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
 Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing
insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 Proven experience of 3 years or more in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
 Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
 Proficient in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating engaging visual content.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot).
 Experience with Linked In outreach strategies is a plus.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
