About the Role:
We're hiring a full-time Math Researcher/Trainer. As a Math Researcher/Trainer, you'll be a key player in improving math education in elementary and middle schools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for teachers.
• Facilitate and lead training sessions.
• Create and record video tutorials for educational purposes.
• Assist the research team in curriculum development activities, contributing insights and feedback to enhance educational content

Qualifications and Skills:

• ⁠Passion for Math: Show your love for math and inspire others.
• ⁠Education Background: Preferably a BS or MS degree in mathematics, education, or a related field.
• Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience of at least 6 months is mandatory.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Pakistan occasionally.
• Continuous Learner: Stay updated on the latest in math education through reading and learning.
• ⁠Good Communication & English Speaking Skills.
