We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with expertise in CRM and Sales to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 in the areas of CRM and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation: Lead or assist in the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules with a focus on Sales processes.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and understand client business processes, translating these into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configuration & Customization: Customize the Dynamics 365 platform to meet client requirements, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and plugins.
• End-User Training: Provide training and support to end users to ensure they are fully equipped to use the CRM system efficiently.
• System Maintenance and Support: Perform regular system reviews, troubleshooting, and support to ensure smooth operation of CRM systems.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients to ensure successful CRM system implementations and ongoing support.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for all configurations, customizations, and user processes.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the technical team to integrate third-party tools and solutions as needed.
• Sales Process Optimization: Assist in optimizing sales workflows within Dynamics 365 to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with a focus on CRM and Sales modules.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration (workflows, entities, forms, reports).
• Experience with business process mapping and solution design within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Solid understanding of Sales processes and how they can be implemented within Dynamics 365.
• Experience in providing end-user training and support for Dynamics 365 CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Open for international traveling.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations and tools related to Dynamics 365.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred but not required).
