We are seeking a skilled Oracle Developer emphasizing technical expertise in Oracle technologies, application design, and collaboration with business analysts and team members.
Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Build, customize, and integrate Oracle e-Business Suite solutions.
Create modular utilities for programming uniformity and productivity.
Design technical solutions, including extensions, views, customizations, and reports.
Collaboration:
Work with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Partner with developers and systems analysts for logical, component-based design.
Testing & Support:
Perform coding and unit testing for production support, enhancements, and projects.
Offer ongoing support and future enhancements to implemented solutions.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring:
Develop a cooperative environment for sharing expertise.
Guide team members in technical areas.
Standards & Documentation:
Adhere to documentation, version control, and testing standards.
Review code and provide recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
1–2 years of solid Oracle Developer experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle applications, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience with RICE, Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
