VENDOR PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCESS

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PAKISTAN is a non-profit organization registered under section 42 of Companies Act, 2017 of the Government of Pakistan. Using a holistic approach, HDF has been working in 05 programs including Social Capital Development, Education & Literacy, Primary Health Care, Economic Development, and Sustainable Environment to address the needs of the marginalized communities of Pakistan. HDF has been working in 40 districts across Pakistan.

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PAKISTAN is launching a vendor pre-qualification process for the year 2025-27 and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the process.

1- Pre-Qualification process is applicable for the period of next 03 years. All selected vendors through this process will be listed in procurement data as qualified vendor for the period of next 03 years.

2- Please follow the instruction shared in supplier registration form and attach all the required document with it.

3- Please fill all the column in registration form.

4- Registration / qualification will be done based on opted options.

5- We are an equal opportunity provider and shall be seeking best option out of it.

6- Sealed Pre-Qualification dossier must be delivered to the office address mentioned below by 03:00 pm on 02-Dec-2024. Late submission will not be accepted.

7- Queries will be answered by 29-Nov-24 by 12:00 noon. Queries send on off days will be answered on following working day.

8- Pre-Qualification dossier documents (Registration Form and undertaking) is attached.

9- Pre-Qualification dossier in hard form will also be available from <9:00am to 05:00pm) from 15-Nov-24 till 01-Dec-24 by 12:00 noon except Saturday & Sunday. Queries send on off days will be answered on following working day. Tender dossier can obtain though e-mail by contacting at akhtar.ali@hdfpk.com.

Please submit your pre-qualification dossier at following address not later than 03:00pm on 02-Dec-2024.
