Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
- Vendor Management - International and local
- Import management
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
- Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
- Deal with international vendors
- Keep the project team focused on the end goal
- Manage all daily project management activities
- Supervises and mentor team member (either internal and external)
- Drive day-to-day Core Team activities to meet project milestones and keep functions on track.
- Facilitates the Core Team with project risk management activities (identification, assessment, mitigation, and management of business risks).
- Identifies and anticipates critical path activities and anticipates steps that may be bottlenecks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience or equivalent Project/Program experience particularly related to nutraceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management
- Cross-functional experience in different areas is preferred
- Demonstrated successful leadership competencies
- Hands on experience on Notion will be preferred.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
