Role Overview:
The Proposal Manager will oversee the end-to-end proposal development process, creating high-quality business materials for ath GADLANG offices across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, and Pakistan. Key responsibilities include RFP analysis, developing client-focused proposals, and ensuring all materials meet the highest quality standards. The role requires expertise in Management Consultancy services and familiarity with government bidding platforms like Etimad and SAP Ariba.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of detailed, client-focused proposals that align with the requirements of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Create high-quality presentations, credential decks, and product materials.
Customize content to reflect company branding and market needs.
Analyze RFPs, ensuring compliance with client and government requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple assignments.
Maintain proposal templates and improve processes for efficiency and quality.
Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
7–8 years’ experience in proposal management, preferably in Management Consultancy.
Proficient in developing proposals for consulting, tax, accounting, and assurance services.
Familiarity with Etimad and SAP Ariba platforms.
Advanced skills in MS Power Point and other proposal tools.
Strong multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.
