Job Description:
We are seeking a Maximo Asset Management Specialist with
a background in Computer Science or Software Engineering. This role involves updating
the Inventory records, writing off obsolete inventory from records and updating
details as per requirements, Performing GAAP Analysis for procedures and
practices in place, configuring, and optimizing IBM Maximo solutions to enhance
asset management practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Maximo to meet business needs.
Manage asset data, ensuring accuracy for reporting.
Provide user support and training, troubleshooting
issues.
Collaborate on system integrations with IT teams.
Generate reports and insights for decision-making.
Identify and propose process improvements.
Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or related field.
Experience with IBM Maximo or similar EAM software
preferred.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming
languages (e.g., Java, Python).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
