Yodo Designs is seeking a skilled and motivated Proposal Writer and Bidder with a strong background in crafting winning proposals and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in writing persuasive proposals, understanding client requirements, and securing projects through various bidding platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of our services and the industry.
Office Hours:
6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (Flexible 8-hour shift)
Office location: Bahria Town Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit winning proposals that effectively highlight our expertise and align with client needs.
- Actively bid on relevant projects across multiple platforms to secure new clients and opportunities.
- Monitor bidding platforms to identify and pursue high-value projects.
- Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and foster positive relationships.
- Maintain and update our profiles on bidding platforms, showcasing our latest successes and project milestones.
- Work towards achieving monthly project acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and engage potential leads.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, leveraging outreach via email and Linked In.
- Participate in regular team meetings to review progress and strategize for future success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- *Education:* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- *Experience:* Proven track record of securing projects through successful proposal writing and bidding.
- *Skills:*
- In-depth understanding of bidding strategies and client engagement across various platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and persuasive writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Docs.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary which will be 40K basic with 5% commission, OR 70k with 1% commission, potential to earn up to six figure salary per month subject to performance. One month of probation applies.
