Job Description:
Property World Real Estate is seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and a desire to succeed in the fast-paced world of real estate. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to clients looking to rent, buy, sell, or invest in property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Present, promote, and sell properties to potential buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide expert guidance throughout the Renting/buying & selling process.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, real estate regulations, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate
- Experience individuals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Lahore’s real estate market is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Competitive basic salary of PKR 30,000 + High commission on every deal.
