Rozan is a national non-government and not-for-profit organization, working on mental health, gender and violence against women and children since 1998. We are inviting applications from excellence- driven, self-motivated, and committed candidates for the position of Researchers.
Required qualifications and experience:

Master's degree in social sciences, public health, gender studies, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of research experience, preferably in Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Violence Against Women (VAW), Gender Equality, Women & Girls Rights.
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, especially qualitative data collection.
Ability to manage and carry out data collection, particularly in qualitative research.
Strong writing and analytical skills to produce clear and quality reports.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different groups and communities.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Knowledge of GBV, VAW, and related issues is a plus.Familiarity with the cultural and social context of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) is desirable.

Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in the specified districts, particularly Pashto is essential.
Willingness and flexibility to travel within the respective district as required by the project.

Hiring will be done on rolling basis. Candidate is expected to join on an immediate basis.
