• Verify and validate customer information with precision.
• Handle outbound/inbound calls effectively for Med Alert campaign services.
• Maintain a high standard of customer interaction and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum intermediate education; graduates preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in call centers is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
