We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for travel and helping clients plan their journeys seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with flight bookings, ensuring accuracy and convenience.
Providing expert knowledge on refund policies, cancellation procedures, and ticket changes for different airlines.
Using GDS systems (Global Distribution Systems) to access real-time information on flights, availability, and pricing.
Handling customer queries related to baggage policies, special requests, and travel insurance.
Offering advice on travel products and destination-specific details to help clients make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in a reliable travel company or related field.
Strong proficiency in GDS systems and familiarity with airline booking platforms.
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to manage complex bookings, including multi-destination itineraries and group travel.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with efficiency and professionalism.
Job Benefits:
Fixed salary: 10,000 PKR per month.
30% commission profit on system ticket sale.
35% commission on profit for sale you bring in through your references.
