Digital Imaging Systems is a healthcare company dealing in Cardiovascular Devices. We are sole distributor of M/s Abbot Vascular (USA/Europe) & M/s Philips (USA/Europe) for territory of Pakistan. We are currently supplying our products to all major Cardiac Institutes all-over Pakistan.
Software Data Entry/IT Specialist is primarily responsible for maintaining records of overall sales, generating invoices, managing receivables for different hospitals using software systems, and handling delivery and return challans. Additionally, ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems and many more related responsibilities.

Education:

• 16 years of education

Experience:

• working: 1 year (Required)
• Preferred: More than 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage data in software systems
• Software data entry
• Generating delivery and return challans
• Generating invoices
• Ensuring timely submission of invoices
• Tally stock on a monthly or weekly basis
• Receivables management using software
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues
• Assist in software maintenance and updates
• Assist in other relevant tasks as needed.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of working with various software systems and tools
• Should have hands-on experience of Ms Excel.
