Digital Imaging Systems is a healthcare company dealing in Cardiovascular Devices. We are sole distributor of M/s Abbot Vascular (USA/Europe) & M/s Philips (USA/Europe) for territory of Pakistan. We are currently supplying our products to all major Cardiac Institutes all-over Pakistan.

Accounts Officer is mainly responsible for keeping record of overall sales, invoicing & receivables of different hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining receivables ledgers for various clients and hospitals.
• Generate invoices and ensure their timely submission, along with maintaining receiving records.
• Maintain Excel sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Support monthly receivables reconciliation with clients.
• Prepare various reports as required by management or clients.
• Generating Delivery Challans (DCs) and Receiving Challans (RCs) using relevant software.
• Assist in other relevant tasks as needed.

Experience:
At least 1-year experience in Accounting & Finance, enabling ideal candidate to fit-in into professional life.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance
Job Location:
Westridge 1, Rawalpindi
Skills:

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including the double-entry system and other relevant accounting skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations and internet usage.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory management software (experience preferred).
• Good command of both Urdu and English for effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
(higher based on experience and qualifications)
