Accounts Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the contracts with customers are properly executed and kept safe in both hard and soft form for future reference.
- Raising timely and accurate invoicing to the customers as per the contracts.
- Computation and recording of monthly intercompany invoices.
- Follow- up with customers on the overdue invoices in accordance with organizational SOPs, ensuring the outstanding receivables are settled asap and organizational KPI for overdue receivables is maintained.
- Reporting of the outstanding receivables to management in line with the SOP of the organization.
- Recording of payments received from the customer in accounting system.
- Revenue booking at the end of the month in the accounting system.
- Ensure accurate booking of all transactions in the system and maintain sufficient details and evidence for smooth year end external audit.
- Catering to and responding to all the queries of customers and business with respect to invoicing and receivables.
- Assisting in monthly management reporting, forecasting or any other task that may be assigned.
- M.COM/MBA/BBA/B.COM with 3-12 months related experience
- Strong communication skills combined with the confidence to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Experience working in an ERP environment
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards
- Should be a Team Player
